Angela Frederickson

Founder | President

Angela is a global Quality and Regulatory Affairs leader with over two decades of experience supporting life-science companies in domestic and international markets. She has held leadership roles at renowned companies including Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Align Technologies, where she led Regulatory, Quality, and Government Affairs for their North and South American divisions.

A recognized people leader and culture builder, Angela has a passion for and a history of transforming organizational cultures to drive better patient outcomes. It was this passion that led her to establish Sparq Compliance, a Regulatory and Quality Consultancy, in 2021. Sparq Compliance aims to support early-stage Medical Device manufacturers with gaining market access for disruptive technologies.

A long-standing community advocate, Angela serves on various committees including as co-chair for the MedtechWOMEN Board Development Committee. MedtechWOMEN is a non-profit that works to highlight and promote underrepresented MedTech leaders to develop solutions for the future of MedTech.
